• Is associated with specific sporting events or fixtures
• Accumulates points based on in-game actions within that area
• May qualify you for prizes based on performance

4.2 Scoring and Points

Points are awarded based on player actions within your cube during live matches according to published scoring rules. Scoring rules may vary by sport and competition.

4.3 Prizes and Rewards

Top-scoring cube owners may receive prizes as specified for each fixture. Prize eligibility and distribution are subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Cube prices are displayed in your selected currency. Prices may vary by fixture, sport, and availability. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment information.

5.3 No Cryptocurrency Required

While digital cubes may be represented as NFTs on blockchain, you can purchase using traditional payment methods (credit card, debit card). Cryptocurrency is optional.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices displayed may not include taxes, which will be added at checkout where applicable.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital assets and live sporting events:

• All sales are final once a fixture has started
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a fixture is cancelled or postponed
• If you encounter technical issues preventing cube selection, contact support before the fixture starts
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund purchases due to technical errors or fraud

7. Digital Assets and NFTs

7.1 Ownership

When you purchase a digital cube, you receive:

• A limited license to participate in the associated fixture
• Potential ownership of an NFT representing your cube (where applicable)
• Eligibility for prizes based on cube performance

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, content, and underlying technology.

7.2 Blockchain Transactions

NFT transactions are recorded on blockchain networks. You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for blockchain network fees or delays
• Blockchain data is publicly accessible
• You are responsible for maintaining wallet access and security

7.3 No Investment or Financial Advice

Digital cubes are for entertainment purposes. They are not:

• Investment vehicles or securities
• Guaranteed to increase in value
• Financial instruments or commodities

We provide no financial, investment, or tax advice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
